I am currently accepting new clients--children 8 and older, teenagers and adults. Working with individuals in a cooperative atmosphere, I specialize in the treatment of issues related to trauma, anxiety, identity issues, substance abuse, mood disorders, addictions, and relationship issues. I work with my clients to enhance coping and communication skills across a wide variety of challenging areas in their lives. I have specialized training and expertise related to depression, trauma, substance abuse and anxiety symptoms. I work from a strength-based perspective, helping each client to identify every small success and build on those positives. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker and believe strongly in working from a perspective of identifying each person's inherent ability to overcome struggles. I have over 12 years of experience and have specialized training in substance abuse, mindfulness, trauma, and codependency issues. I have broad experience with both children and adults. My office is located in the brick mill building 1 block past East Side Market and across the street from Waterman Grille. There is ample free off street parking for patients in any of the surrounding parking lots.
