My practice is client-based and uses the Adaptive Information Processing model, which may employ EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) or another form of bilateral activation to access maladaptive stored material, desensitize and process it, and empower clients to move forward with their lives in a positive fashion, to achieve their potential. My practice is based on the Adaptive Information Processing model, which uses bilateral stimulation to access and process maladaptively stored trauma. Clients and I work together to install resources to promote positive states both in sessions and out.
