I believe that you have the ability and strength within yourself to experience full mental health and well being, but sometimes it's helpful to have someone guide you through this process. My clients have told me that their experience in therapy has been supportive, yet also challenging enough to help them grow and meet their goals. I combine several treatment modalities, including EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and insight-oriented therapy depending on your needs.
