I want to help you make changes in your life and assist you in dealing with the difficulties you are facing. If you are struggling with difficult circumstances, life stressors or problems in relationships, I can assist you with making necessary changes. My clients say that they have noted improvement in their relationships, interactions and lives. I believe that people have the ability to change. I utilize a variety of methods to assist clients in coping with stress, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, depression, anger management, couples counseling and family issues. Once we have identified what is not working, we can figure out what will work to get you to where you want to be in your life. My primary forms of treatment include CBT, DBT and client focused counseling. I enjoy working with clients who desire change in their lives. I approach the counseling relationship as one in which we work together to help you reach your goals. I also provide supervision to therapists and social workers pursuing their licenses.
