I use a holistic approach (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual). My approach uses methods that are tailored to fit you and your needs. My areas of experience include depression, anxiety, ADHD , women's issues, PTSD, rape, domestic violence, eating disorders, grief and bereavement, chronic pain, addictions and co-dependency. My approaches include: Cognitive Behavioral, DBT, Creative Arts such as collage, Vision Boards, Energy Psychology (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Mindfulness, Relaxation, Guided Imagery. My role is to guide and support in the healing/discovery process. We can help you find your method of increasing feelings of power and satisfaction in your life.
