I am a Pre-Licensure Counselor at Hope Haven Psychological Resource, LLC. I strive to create an environment where I facilitate personal empowerment that opens possibilities for my clients to live more fulfilling lives. This is accomplished through the safe therapeutic space I create to support healing and growth. This safe space allows me to work with clients to identify tools that support increased quality of life. It is a privilege to walk with clients on the journey to wholeness. I consider it a privilege to walk with you on your journey. I provide individual, couple, and family therapy. I am passionate about helping clients to work through traumatic events including domestic violence, emotional, physical and sexual abuse, and neglect. I also assist persons dealing with addiction, depression, and obesity to regain control of their lives. I understand on a professional level, and from a personal perspective, the challenges that come with facing life transitions, addressing hurts, strengthening relationships and communication. My approach is to understand your reality and assist you in creating the valued life you desire.
