I hold a masters degree in Social Work and obtained my clinical license in 2011. I have five years experience providing therapy to adolescents (ages 11-25) and their families, along with 15 years experience working with children and adults with mental health issues. I strongly believe that everyone can learn how to overcome challenges in their lives with the right tools, advocacy, and support. I value my clients' input, and integrate it into my practice to effectively determine the best way to work with each client. I work diligently to help my clients achieve their goals and to live their lives to their fullest. I utilize a strengths based approach when working with clients. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution based therapy, and play therapy. I use evidenced based tools when working with clients. Somewhere along the way,we are all faced with challenges in our lives, and often times we need someone to help us figure them out. I would like to be that person for my clients.
