I am a licensed mental health counselor with experience working with families, couples, and individuals. I believe counseling is a journey of self discovery where the client and therapist work together to explore and facilitate change. It is a time when the focus is solely on the client and the concerns that are challenging him or her. I believe that everyone holds the answers to their own concerns and I allow the client to determine the direction and depth therapy should take while guiding the journey. I work in the exploration of cycles helping clients to break the maladaptive patterns which keep them "stuck". I help clients identify the root cause of these patterns and work to push them towards a healthier and peaceful life. Opening your soul to a stranger requires strength. I create a caring, compassionate, and warm environment where privacy and confidentiality are honored and upheld.
