Everyone has a journey and along the voyage are phases of pleasure as well as pain. I am here to help guide you through the painful times. I view my role as assisting people who want to work through their interpersonal and intrapersonal difficulties to enjoy life more fully. I work with adolescents and adults and males, females, transgendered, and nonbinary people. Moreover, I work with people who identify as homosexual, gay, lesbian, and bisexual. I help people who experience difficulties with relationships, past trauma, sexual and pornography addictions, and sexual desire struggles. Additionally, I work with people experiencing cultural issues. The cultural challenges might be a couple with two different cultural backgrounds, students moving to a new school, or individuals who experience cultural tensions. I earned a PsyD in counseling psychology from Northwest University. I have worked in a variety of settings, including a mental health center, private practice, and an adult correctional facility. I am currently accepting new clients in the St. Paul and Minneapolis area.
