Are you looking for peace and happiness in your life? In partnership with you, I will show you ways to help you with emotional pain and develop skills for self love, care and acceptance. I believe trust and safety are foundational in our work together. I provide a safe place and nurturing relationship as you learn to develop more trust and safety within yourself. I am skilled in working with anxiety, depression and trauma and its resolution, by working through past and present abuse and problems that arise as a result. These problems can take many shapes... addiction, relationship problems, complications of grief/loss. Starting this work is sometimes scary, sometimes difficult, almost always is because there is pain in your life. I can teach you specific tools to manage anxiety and depression; they can enhance, develop skills to calm yourself, create a more positive internal sense of safety for yourself in the world. I'm EMDR Certified, for trauma resolution, and enhancing your internal resources for resilience, integration, and growth. I collaborate with therapists looking for EMDR therapists.
