I am committed to providing counseling in a supportive atmosphere to find new solutions and enhance the quality of your life. Professional counseling is provided in a warm, safe atmosphere working on stress, coping skills and self understanding. Enhancing quality of life or changing troubled relationships are often the goals people have. I provide each client with care and attention to begin to understand the reasons that have led to presenting difficulties. Goals are established collaboratively to achieve relief and lasting change. I have over ten years of experience and training working with relationship issues, adults, children and their families. I have additional expertise in vocational issues, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma and a wide variety of family issues. I have past experience in work with couples counseling, adults, families, geriatric issues, parenting issues and divorce support. I am a licensed clinical social worker and a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist. Additionally, I have worked to help others with depression, anxiety, couple therapy, divorce, shyness, social problems, parenting issues, interference with achieving higher functioning in work or school, trauma, grief issues, chronic pain, and difficulties with self-esteem.
