Life is full of challenges. Sometimes those challenges may be brief or longstanding creating depression, anxiety, grief, and a sense of hopelessness. For over twenty years I have been fortunate in helping people identify issues negatively impacting their lives and finding new ways to support a better sense of health and well-being. We may sometimes not be able to change events, but we can change how we are going to deal with them. Through the use of a variety of therapies including trauma focused and/or solution focused cognitive behavioral therapies we can work together to help support a brighter future. I have an extensive background in helping people experiencing a variety of symptoms including difficulties in relationships, self-esteem, anger management, as well as recent or long standing trauma. I am extremely well versed in treating individuals with co-occurring disorders , Anxiety and Bi-Polar Disorders, ADHD, Post Traumatic Stress, and chronic health conditions.
