Whether you're coming in by yourself, with your child, or the whole family, I want to hear from you about your strengths, needs, and goals. My role is to help you make meaningful changes in your life. I provide a safe environment for facing difficult issues and accessing personal strengths. Over the past fifteen years, I have learned a variety of interventions and strategies that help people gain insight, get unstuck and move toward healthy change and peace of mind. I have training and experience in EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, family therapy, and DBT. I have experience helping clients with a variety of mental health issues, including PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Other clients come for support in dealing with life changing challenges, There is amazing progress being made in understanding the brain and what helps heal our minds. I do my best to keep abreast with what works.
