I am looking to be helpful to men and women who feel stuck in some way. My goal is to listen carefully to what is troubling my client and develop a plan with them to 'get unstuck' so that they can live as full and rich a life as possible. I believe everyone has the capacity to feel, think and do what they need in order to succeed. I believe we are the experts of our own lives and that my job as a therapist is to be a catalyst for change. My experience has taught me that unresolved trauma prevents us from living life to its fullest. Many people may not recognize how trauma is affecting their lives. I have a specialty in the therapeutic technique: EMDR which addresses this challenge. I am interactive in my sessions. We frequently laugh even when we are addressing pain.I have over 30 years of experience.I love my work.
