The focus in our practice is the clients' strengths as the basis for healing. Each individual is evaluated before his or her goal oriented treatment plan is developed and implemented. We help our clients see that as people; they are so much more than their past and they can go beyond their current level of distress. Taking the first step is the hardest, but once you do, you will find the strength and motivation to overcome your obstacles. My team and I specialize in helping couples, individuals, teenagers and children find effective communication skills and coping skills to assist them in their therapuetic process. We strive to help you find strategies that will meet your needs. We also offer in home services for those who would like to maintain anonymity. I work with a group of counselors who are taking new clients and are all specialized in a wide rage of areas.
