The fact that you are here means you are experiencing some area in your life that is causing distress and you are looking for solutions; for something to give you a happier, more satisfied life. This distress may be caused by depression, by anxiety, by stress in your couple and/or family relationships, or you may not know why you are feeling this way. I provide a safe space where you can feel comfortable sharing what you are currently experiencing. Together we will set your personal goals of therapy and work to achieve those goals. I have been working in the field of counseling for eight years and have experience with individual counseling of adults and adolescents as well as work with families. I pull from a variety of techniques when working with clients in order to develop an individualized approach to treatment.
