I offer a FULL DBT PROGRAM. I believe that everyone has the ability to reach personal goals. Sometimes, however, we have either lost sight of those goals or have exhausted our available resources and skills to attain those goals. Other times, dreams and goals get "stolen" by trauma and loss. However, even in these trying times, it is possible to rise from the ashes, "upcyle" those aspirations, and meet difficult challenges. You just need the right tools. As a practitioner of CBT, mindfulness, and DBT, I have been gathering a large set of tools that can help you excel in life and in your relationships. I use these tools personally everyday. I'd be happy to share these insights with you as well! In addition to my practice, I teach masters level courses in Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) at The Brown School of Social Work at Washington University.
