Are you feeling stuck? Are you tired of feeling anxious or empty? I would be honored to work with you to sort out your painful, overwhelming feelings that keep you paralyzed. Anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, and low self esteem are just a few of the symptoms that may make your day-to-day activities difficult. Your emotions, life experiences and situation will be explored through counseling to help you gain insight and discover a new way to feel, think and be. I also offer Christian counseling to those desiring it, to bring hope and healing to mind and soul. Counseling will be a team effort, with you setting the goals. Our work together will help you gain new understandings of yourself, your emotions, and your relationships. You will discover new ways to live a more balanced and healthy life and new ways of relating to those. I specialize in treating depression, trauma (EMDR), sexual addictions, DBT, the impact of chronic physical illnesses and chronic mental disorders. I draw from past experience and training working with individuals and groups of people suffering with physical illness, depression and care giving. I offer sliding scale fee for those that qualify.
