Sometimes life may present difficult issues, and you find yourself overwhelmed. I am passionate about providing a safe place for hurting people to come and process their struggles. I enjoy helping couples who lack intimacy in their marriages or who need to repair their marriages where an affair has been disclosed. I am Prepare-Enrich certified and welcome the opportunity to do premarital work with engaged couples. I enjoy working with individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, panic, grief, and divorce recovery. Additionally, I have experience working with adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, family conflict, and self-harm. I especially enjoy working with couples who find themselves gridlocked when it comes to connecting with each other. In addition, I provide a unique service to couples who desire both a male and female perspective; my therapist wife, Dara Stockton, and I work together to provide couples' co-therapy. I bring a wealth of professional and life experience to my practice. Additionally, I have successfully completed the Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples Externship, an intense 28 hour training to enhance my couples work. I am also a certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator, a highly effected program for premarital work.
