I have diverse experience in the field of counseling. This includes children, adolescents, teenagers, adults, as well as family and couples counseling. I feel that some of the most essential parts of counseling are education, awareness, and forming connections. The knowledge gained through counseling can lead to greater control over one's circumstances. Furthermore, in order to make connections, one must feel heard. When we feel heard, we feel understood, which enables the development of these connections and positive emotions. This leads to forming opportunities that can help us turn life's challenges into a journey.
