I believe we each have a divine nature within that often feels lost to us by false beliefs such, "I'm not good enough," or "I don't deserve....." I can help you identify dysfunctional beliefs that are holding you back and reform old patterns of coping that prevent you from expressing your authentic self and becoming the person you were meant to be. I have training in the treatment of trauma from The Institute of Advanced Psychotherapy and Education, Inc. In addition, I am certified in EMDR and recently completed certification in The Daring Way method. I am currently participating in Internal Family Systems Level 1 training.
