I provide both individual and couples' therapy. I am primarily influenced by attachment theory and emotionally focused therapy for couples. Many of my clients are adult children from dysfunctional families, who are pursuing happy and functional adult lives. In addition to more traditional office visits, I also make use of innovative new approaches such as providing therapy over the Internet using Facetime or Skype.
