I have strengths in working with female teen issues, women's issues, trauma/abuse recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship counseling, family distress and much more. I approach counseling holistically, considering aspects of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I seek to create an environment of safety and trust - allowing each client to feel free to be right where they are knowing I will walk alongside them with encouragement and grace. All clients must be emotionally stable and not imminently at risk for suicide to qualify for counseling services. Please contact me by email as I am more easily accessible. I would love to hear from you! In particular, I enjoy working with couples experiencing marital distress. I value helping couples gain the skills to enjoy a fulfilling, joy-filled marriage. I also provide pre-marital counseling as well as general relationship counseling. Other areas of focus include: anxiety, depression, codependency, and spirituality/faith issues. I professes a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and am comfortable exploring issues of spirituality throughout the counseling process with each client. However, you need not be Christian to receive counseling with me. I will always respect your personal belief system and seek to provide an environment of dignity and respect to all.
