Ms. Hall is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over eight years of experience in the mental health field with specialization in trauma therapy using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy and family system therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings including residential, community and private practice and has worked with young children, adolescents, families and couples.Ms. Hall believes that knowing yourself is the beginning of wisdom and that all people have the ability to maximum their personal potential. Ms. Hall enjoys working with families and children using a family system perspective. She also has expertise is working with individuals and couples that are affected by emotional stress surrounding miscarriage, infertility, and/or making complicated life choices surrounding family. She uses a variety of verbal and non-verbal interventions with an emphasis on experiential psychotherapy including sand play, art therapy, and play techniques to help both her young and mature clients reach their maximum personal potential.
