I am a licensed psychologist who has successfully treated clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, chronic stress, OCD, trichotillomania (hair-pulling), and adjustment to life transitions. I also have expertise in phobias/irrational fears and offer virtual reality therapy for fear of flying, heights, driving, and public speaking. When necessary, I integrate mindfulness-based techniques, leadership development, medical psychology, women's empowerment, cross-cultural mental health, and parenting skills development.
