I tend to think of therapy as an amazing opportunity to engage in a collaborative process that helps people to develop authentic, enlivened and creative relationships with themselves and others. I am interested in what moves people. What are the moments in their lives when they feel "lined up", fulfilled, attuned? My work focuses on cultivating healing and change in a safe and supportive environment. Compassion, empathy, and forgiveness toward one's self and toward others are important as we face the complexities and pain that life brings us and move toward a life well-lived.
