Blake uses a cognitive/behavioral model of treatment which focuses on the way people think and the way they behave. He also uses some dialectical behavioral techniques which helps clients understand and control their emotions. Blake works with victims and perpetrators of sexual abuse, as well as those overcome with pornography addiction. He's also able to complete a full psycho-sexual evaluation on those that have sexually acted out (children and adolescents only - adults soon), and is a Washington State Sex Offender Treatment Provider. Blake also treats those with anger issues, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and behavior issues. Blake is a master's level therapist at the highest level in Idaho (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) who has over 2000 hours of supervised experience above and beyond the licensing requirements. It's our believe that only those with the highest level of training, experience, and supervision should treat those with sexual issues. Blake has taught anger management education class for over 12 years with over 1300 participants! He has numerous tips and skills that he helps teach clients to overcome their acting out behaviors and express themselves in an assertive and positive manner.
