I will not be accepting new clients until January 2016. It is my belief that every individual deserves the chance to be better versions of who they aspire to be. Sometimes along the way of life certain things, thoughts, and even people may get in the way of our becoming that better self. Only when we have the right tools and knowledge can we overcome obstacles in life and learn to be our true self. Through learning from our past, and working with our present, we can grow into the future we wish to have. Although I see individuals from ages 6 to 100, my specialty is with adolescents and early adulthood (ages 10-40). My specialties include working with individuals with anxiety, identity issues, self-harm, depression, divorce, and family dynamics/conflict. If you are struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, restlessness, or lack of motivation, I can help you set goals to create balance and a sense of calm in your life. Through cognitive restructuring and self-discovery, we can work together to attain the goals you wish to achieve in therapy.
