Over the course of a lifetime, personal limitations together with negative life events can weigh us down and cause us to stray off the path of good mental health. For more than 15 years now, I have had the privilege and pleasure of partnering with my clients in utilizing their strengths and gifts in journeying toward their personal goals. Each journey is unique, special, sometimes requiring a faster pace, other times a need to stop and smell the roses. I look forward to the opportunity to utilize my professional training and skills to assist you in this leg of your journey. Understanding the complexities of adult relationships, I especially enjoy working with couples and have a particular skill in working with individuals struggling primarily with relationship difficulties. My overarching treatment strategy integrates techniques from major theoretical orientations to assist my clients in developing tools to manage their most difficult relationship struggles. With a Ph.D. in Adult Clinical Psychology from the University of Miami, I became a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania and in Florida. I have provided treatment, training, and consultation in outpatient and inpatient settings, and currently offer psychotherapy for adults with diagnoses including depressive, anxiety, bipolar, eating, and psychotic disorders.
