I have over 15 years experience working in the field of mental health. I love to treat all individuals but specialize in children, teens, and their families. If you are ready to make positive changes in your life, then I am ready to come along side of you and offer you my support and experience I work with individuals and families to address the challenges they face. I have experience in treating a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, divorce support, substance abuse/dependency, trauma, behavioral disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum disorders and difficult life changes. I use a variety of treatment modalites including (but not limited to): cognitive-behavioral, brief therapy, solution-focused, motivational interviewing and play therapy techniques based on the client and the issues being addressed in therapy.
