My goal in counseling is to assist you with uncovering your true potential. We will discover new ways to accomplish your goals and live a more productive lifestyle. We all face challenges in life and with correct tools we can face any challenge and overcome all obstacles. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Alabama, and a National Certified Counselor (NCC); with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of West Alabama, a Master's degree in Community Agency Counseling from the UAB and currently pursuing my PhD in Counselor Education from Auburn University. We will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
