As a client, it is important to find a therapist that cares about you as an individual and my goal is to meet my client's need for personal attention and emotional connection within the therapeutic relationship. I want each client to know they are in control of their therapy and they decide their goals for therapy as well as the pace in which they conduct counseling. I believe individual therapy is the most effective way to gain insight into how our past is directing our future choices. I enjoy working with clients who wish to incorporate their christian beliefs into their counseling session. I have been trained in trauma therapy using a highly effective treatment model as well as specializing in anxiety, depression, grief and loss issues. I counsel adults and teenage clients who are struggling with peer and family relationship challenges. Beyond Today Counseling Center has six highly trained and licensed therapists who specialize in a number of differing counseling modalities. We accept many different types of insurance and offer evening appointments. Our therapist enjoy working with individuals, families, couples and we offer group therapy.
