I practice outside the box. Feeling depressed? Let's get outside and walk as we talk through new ways of relating to emotions and thoughts and plan out behavior change. Feeling anxious? We'll get your out of your mind and into your body via mindfulness. Struggling with your body or food? Let's get real with self-compassion and mindful eating. You will really see from your own experience that it's not the stuff that happens, it's how you relate and then respond to what happens that determines the quality of your life. I'm all in. I specialize in mindfulness based approaches to well-being and life optimization. I'm a former collegiate and professional tennis player and coach. I work with athletes, executives and performers of all kinds. I support those struggling with stress, disordered eating, relationships, work, athletics, and everything in between. I'm relaxed and my attention is kind. I love leading groups and run a mindful eating, mindfulness for stress, and mindful self-compassion group.
