IOP Programs for Eating Disorders/Grief and Trauma The Transformation Center offers 2 professional, nationally accredited Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Partial Hospitalization programs (PHP), in Cordova Tennessee. One is for eating disorders, including Anorexia, Bulimia,Compulsive Over Eating and Emotional eating issues. Our other IOP program is for the treatment of Trauma, Grief and Loss and PTSD with skilled and experienced therapists using EMDR and other recognized therapeutic methods. Both programs offer group and individual therapy, nine hours per week. Evening and day programs are available to accommodate individual schedules. We also offer eating disorder and trauma individual outpatient counseling sessions and nutritional guidance from registered dietitians.
