I work holistically, integrating mind, body and spirit, (as we are all three), in order to help you to live fully, authentically, and abundantly. Through various techniques, including breathwork, I will help you to move beyond your preconceived limitations, and reconnect with yourself in a new way, in order for you to manifest your dreams, transform your life, and feel more alive and free. I work with most issues having to do with emotions and how we feel. This includes relationship issues, self confidence issues, addictions of all kinds, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, anger, moving through transitions of life, intimacy with self and others. I offer individual, family, marital, group, and workshop sessions, and much valued insight and wisdom from my 28 years of experience in the field, and as a student of life.
