My main focus in therapy is to help individuals get through their personal challenges - whether they are relationship or mental health oriented - in a safe, stable manner. One of my goals is to identify underlying issues and begin the work necessary to find quick solutions so clients can move on independently. Significant life changes often occur when people are faced with conditions that carry severe stress. One of my specialties is helping individuals transition through stressful or traumatic experiences and helping them cope with life on life's terms. Through Parent Coordinating, couples can obtain the guidance needed to obtain long-term agreeable and responsive relationships. Pre-Marital Counseling gives new couples insight necessary to understand how to make their relationship last happily.
