I offer solution-focused tools, wisdom, and an objective perspective. We will use your inner resources, strengths, and the narrative you weave to create change that will get your life working the way you want it to. I also integrate elements of cognitive therapy, spirituality, and mindfulness to help you leverage the power of the moment, the power of vision, and the power of focus to live the life you want to live. My experience includes: post-infidelity traumatic stress; partner's secondary trauma; anxiety; depression; stress management; relationships across the spectrum of gender and identity; PTSD; career transitions; coping with illness; adult men dealing with childhood sexual abuse; issues of middle-age; religion and spirituality; sports, work, and personal performance. I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern #IMH13933, completing additional supervised hours the state requires for full licensure. While earning my MS at UNF, I completed a year (1,000 hours) of supervised clinical internship in the Student Counseling Center at Jacksonville University and at Five Star Veterans Center.
