I believe in an individualized treatment plan tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, eating disorders, and trauma issues. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, and EMDR among others. I feel that therapy should be a positive experience of growth for each individual and encourage my clients to collaborate with me in their treatment. I have worked with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I was the eating disorder therapist at a local inpatient treatment facility for over one year and have worked in private practice for two years. I have also worked within a University Counseling Center and military families.
