My goal is to offer a safe, confidential space where clients feel supported in their work toward positive change. I believe therapy is beneficial no matter the length of treatment or the issues addressed. I have experience working with a variety of issues and specialize in substance use. I feel that therapy should be client-centered and collaborative. My approach is also to adapt the therapy experience to each client's individual needs by utilizing therapeutic interventions from multiple theories.
