I believe that therapy doesn't have to be boring. I am skilled in providing creative therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Though I have successfully treated people with a variety of mental health issues and disorders, I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with ADHD and behavior disorders, and I am extensively skilled at providing evidence-based treatment for PTSD and other trauma to people of all ages. Additionally, I am skilled at working with parents and families who are experiencing issues at home, focusing on each individual's strengths and needs and rebuilding the family unit. I have undergone intense training in treating those with Borderline Personality Disorder, as well as providing intensive training in trauma-informed care for all clients. I offer a laid back atmosphere in which children, teens, and adults feel comfortable. I offer creative techniques and a genuine sensitivity to assist clients with the issues they may be facing.
