I am a marriage and family therapist with an emphasis on understanding and exploring relationships and how they impact an individual and/or a family. I am committed to getting to know you and working with you to determine how best to support your needs and growth in a way that makes most sense to you. I bring my professional experience working in industry for more than 15 years along with an MS in Couples & Family Therapy from The University of Oregon to my work with clients. I collaborate with my clients using a variety of trusted research practices for mind and body. Areas of focus: Anxiety, Depression, Communication, Relationships, Grief & Trauma, Career and Life Transitions. My approach is humanistic, non-judgmental, straightforward, and - at times - challenging. I welcome people from diverse backgrounds, as well as, alternative points of views and lifestyles.
