The therapeutic process begins with relationship; established through trust, safety, and comfort. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families on their journey towards growth and healing. In my 14 years of work, I have found that the client/counselor connection is critical to this process. I work with clients who are displaying disruptive behaviors (anger, ADHD, ODD, etc.), as well as depression and anxiety. I specialize in treating those who have experienced and/or been exposed to traumatic event(s). I am passionate and committed to my clients and I believe that everyone can benefit from "telling their story". It is my personal goal to help each client achieve success, as well as offer the tools needed for continued growth towards ones highest potential. Our initial session will consist of information gathering and establishing rapport. I am passionate and committed to each one of my clients.
