As a Licensed Professional Counselor working in the Mental Health field for 18 years, my passion is working with youth, adults and families to move through barriers towards living more full and meaningful lives. Whether you are struggling with depression or anxiety, or your child is experiencing difficulties with family transitions such as divorce or a move, social or performance issues at school, I can assist you to develop new understandings, learn more effective coping skills and ultimately create long-lasting changes.
