I Practice whole person, liberation based healing which means you can bring your whole self in for healing: your desires, identities, hurts, mistakes, and strengths. I offer trauma informed, multicultural, feminist, therapy to individuals and couples. We can talk, use expressive arts, or mindfulness based on what works best for you. I also have 20+ years of experience working with students in higher ed around academic success,relationships, and identities, including gender, race, and sexuality.
