As your board certified coach and therapist, I will create a safe space for you to determine your personal and professional goals; providing you support and empowering you to discover your full potential and enhance your life. By exploring many of life's options creatively, and in a space that is free of judgment, we will work together to discover your many talents, gifts, and life possibilities. In addition, we will address together any fears or blocks that are preventing you from reaching success and achieving what is important to you; empowering you to handle life transitions and change effectively to live a healthier life. My approach is individualized and may include, self-exploration, goal development, removing blocks, testing your options, developing a plan of action, and mastering skills. I will support you to stay motivated, focused, and committed; helping you to determine your untapped resources and support network. This process will help to improve self-esteem and self-efficacy. In addition, I utilize deep relaxation and imagery techniques as well as clinical social work skills.
