I provide professional Christian-Based counseling in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. I have worked with adults, adolescents and children in agency, educational, and clinical settings for over 18 years. I believe that every individual is unique with a distinct set of experiences, challenges and strengths. The approach I take with your concerns is collaborative and based on the information you provide and my assessment of your emotional, mental, physical, social, spiritual, economic, and vocational characteristics. My theoretical orientation and approach to therapy is cognitive-behavioral. This means that together we will explore how thoughts and beliefs affect and predict emotions and behavior. In addition to cognitive behavior therapy, I may integrate other therapies, strategies, and techniques to best meet your individual needs and circumstances.
