Adolescence can be a rocky time for many people, but I believe therapy can be of great help. I work with teenagers and young adults, struggling primarily with mood and impulse control difficulties. I received a B.F.A. from The Ohio State University and a Ph.D. in Clinical Health Psychology from UNC-Charlotte. I am a Licensed Psychologist (LP) and a Health Services Provider Psychologist (HSP-P). The right fit with a counselor and openness to change are essential in treatment.
