People today have an overwhelming burden trying to balance family, work, finances, and not to mention the unexpected stressful events that life throws their way. As I a Licensed Professional Counselor, my goal is to help my clients learn more positive strategies to cope with these challenges. My work with clients often consists in helping them identify existing, often unrecognized, strengths that each client has. Even more, I hope to help my clients rediscover peace and joy and learn strategies to maintain this.
