I have a special interest in helping people overcome anxiety and trauma, as well as depression, manage adjustment to life difficulties, deal with substance recovery, and seek personal growth. My view of those I serve is based on an understanding of each individual as a whole person, which goes beyond their challenges. I have a Person-Centered philosophy, with use of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Clinical Hypnosis.
