I've been in the counseling field for almost 33 years. I specialize in trauma recovery including symptoms like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I manage Eagle's Landing Christian Counseling Center, Inc. I also use Brain-Tek- a sound based protocol and brain exercise system designed to change brain dominance and reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and others. Many psychological and relationship issues people deal with have their root in childhood or adolescent trauma or adversity. I completed my PhD by writing a treatment model which focuses on healing for trauma. Our practice is rooted in Biblical grace, meaning that all of the counselors are Christians. Being a Christian or attending church is not a requirement for seeing someone at our center, however. You just need a desire for some help.
